Very friendly, straightforward, and flexible contract processing! I received the available storage unit immediately. Highly recommended!

According to the staff, damage to stored items caused by leaking liquid is "not their problem." After inquiring, they promised a response, which never came. Nothing but trouble and unfriendly staff! Fees are still being collected even after the contract has ended. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and not recommended.

Four stars might not be entirely fair. In any case, it's a straightforward and easily accessible storage facility! I can highly recommend it. Unfortunately, the elevator is only for transporting goods, not people. You then have to navigate a complicated and poorly labeled/unsigned labyrinth and stairwell to find the elevator – hoping that no one else is there at the same time... Especially in the evening, alone – it's unacceptable! ... And to add to that: there's now a large, dirty pool of standing water on the area next to the entrance.

It makes sense in principle, but with a business model where the only relevant machine (the elevator) isn't working, one should really reconsider. A little information or something similar would probably suffice for most people.Perhaps it should be understood that the elevator has top priority and that in case of a malfunction, everything possible is done to resolve the problem.
