Here is my information regarding the garage complex:We offer standard parking spaces in the basic "Midi" and "Maxi" configurations in the following sizes:- Midi unit (7.65 x 3.50 m (L x W)), floor area approx. 26.75 sq m, at a price of €162.00 (net) per month plus a €12.00 service charge plus 19% VAT.- Maxi unit (10.25 x 4.00 m (L x W)), floor area approx. 41.00 sq m, at a price of €229.60 (net) per month plus a €14.00 service charge plus 19% VAT.All garage units are equipped as follows:- Midi unit has a large sectional door measuring 3.00 x 3.60 m (W x H).- Maxi unit has a large sectional door with the Dimensions 3.50 x 3.60 m (W x H)- Each bay has an electrical connection (220 V / 380 V) with a separate meter- Sanitary facilities with toilets and water connection are available for our tenants- Generously sized outdoor area for maneuvering and turning vehicles- Car wash and pressure washer in the adjacent Moby Car Wash Park EchingThe rental agreement includes a flat-rate service charge for the following expenses:- Share of water supply costs.- Share of sewage costs.- Share of street cleaning costs.- Share of building insurance costs.- Share of ongoing public charges for the property.- Share of property tax costs.Heating costs, water supply and heating costs, sewage fees, garbage collection fees, street cleaning costs, caretaker or cleaning and gardening costs, liability or building insurance costs, and ongoing public charges for the property, including property tax.I have no personal experience with the garage complex.
