I rented storage space from Storage for You and was initially quite satisfied. The initial experience was positive, but unfortunately, things quickly changed. Over the past few weeks, I've had a series of negative experiences that have left me very disappointed.Communication with the company is extremely annoying and excessive. I constantly receive messages pressuring me to do certain things. In particular, there have been several instances where they threatened to dispose of my deliveries at my expense. This threatening approach is not only unprofessional but also makes the entire experience extremely frustrating.Furthermore, I feel poorly treated. They react excessively and rudely to every minor issue. It's virtually impossible to have a calm and objective conversation because they immediately become loud and threaten to terminate the contract without any prior consultation.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Storage for You. The constant threats of contract termination and the unfriendly customer service make the whole experience very unpleasant. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.
