Garden waste is very rare, and then everything is simply left lying around, and the wind blows it into the back row of garages. Read the contract carefully: Cancellation ONLY per quarter and then with a 3-month notice period. After returning the garage properly, you don't get your deposit back, but it takes another 30 days for payment, as the billing apparently requires an enormous amount of work, which, of course, is also offset by €60. Once and never again... There are cheaper garages!

Ideally suitable as furniture storage, because as soon as any drops get on the floor, such as motor oil or similar, compensation will be demanded at fantasy prices. In addition, they tell you that the property can be used commercially. After renting it is of course: “No, you can only get an invoice issued to the company, but the property is not intended for this type of use.” Thank you, dere, never see you again!
