I have been using Shelfie Storage for over 2 years now, and I couldn't be more satisfied :) The facility is always exceptionally clean, well-maintained. Located right in the city center, the accessibility is absolutely amazing and convenient.What truly sets them apart, however, is their customer service. Whenever I have a question, their feedback is incredibly fast and responsive. Recently, when I went through a challenging situation, the team showed heartwarming flexibility to help me out. They truly care about their customers on a personal level.I highly recommend Shelfie Storage to anyone looking for a secure, pristine, and professionally run storage solution in the city!👍

Me and my friends needed to wait an entire day after leaving our Airbnb before our flixbus left, but we didn’t want to carry our bags through the city all day. The Shelfie storage room was a really nice solution to this problem.However, when we entered the elevator (showed in the picture) we were surprised by a foul smell. This got worse when we exited the elevator on the second floor where the Shelfie entrance was. We speculated that the smell was of fermented urine. It got so bad that we got lightheaded and had to leave. The security guards told us that there was another way in which we took without a problem. They also told us that they had notified Shelfie more than a week ago about the horrendous smell but that the company didn’t respond.Shelfie provides a really cool and cheap service, but I hope that they’ll do something to fix this issue.

Super smooth experience with Shelfie Storage! Easy access, everything clean and secure, and the team is always quick to respond if you need help. Really impressed by how hassle-free it all was. Totally recommend!

So cheap, great value and only about 7 minutes walk from central train station. By comparison, €8 for a day whereas the train station was €27.Shelfie have a WhatsApp contact which made it easy to book the storage.The lift can be a little difficult, randomly would open and shut the door multiple times before actually working.Use this service over others, great value!
