Arrived for the move at 7:45 am, first break at 7:59 am.As soon as they walked around the house to see what needed moving, the team leader announced it would take over 9 hours and there would be an extra charge... They took numerous breaks throughout the day, and coincidentally, they went over by an hour, but they were charged an extra 1.5 hours because they included the return trip to the depot (even though they had spoken to the boss on the phone to explain they were going back to pick up furniture elsewhere before returning...).IN SHORT! A team that needed constant motivation to work all day and who gave the impression of not caring at all (especially the leader) just so they could bill for extra half-hours. I will not be using this company again.A small update to my review, since there's no other way to respond:- We did offer water several times, and your workers also had several coffees throughout the day.- I didn't think it was very sporting to mention it, but I also omitted the fact that the group's "leader" relieved himself in our restroom, leaving the toilet bowl in a deplorable state (the scrubbing brush was right next to it, obviously). I stand by my opinion and state clearly --> I will not be using your services again!

📦 Move handled by AMS Moving: everything went perfectly from start to finish. The quote was clear, the team arrived on time and protected each piece of furniture (blankets, straps, reinforced boxes). Despite narrow stairs, there was no breakage or scratching—careful work and respect for our belongings. The staff was friendly and available to answer our questions. Excellent value for money, I will definitely contact them again and highly recommend them.Frédéric Biermans

I do not recommend this company. They charge a 30-minute travel time there and 30 minutes back, even though they are 10 minutes from home. They also take their time, damage the furniture, and provide unpleasant service. They didn't complete the move completely. They left with 30 minutes left. They charged a 3-hour fee, so-called 1 hour of travel time was taken off, and they left 30 minutes early, so 400 euros for "1.5 hours of work." It's a disgrace. The positive reviews are fictitious.You didn't actually move me, but you moved a friend, and so I'm going to finish what you didn't finish.I WILL NEVER, EVER, USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. I AM ADVERTISING YOU, BUT NOT AT ALL IN YOUR FAVOR. It's a disgrace to have made such a move.I repeat, do not go to them for a move.

So much to say, quite a few unpleasant surprises.1. It all started with the reservation, where I clearly specified what needed to be done. As a result, three men were scheduled where there should have been four, and even then, because I complained, otherwise it would have been two.2. 470 euros quoted, you have to understand that this is excluding VAT... When will companies understand that excluding VAT is between professionals, with individuals, prices must be quoted including VAT?3. 3 hours planned, 5.5 hours overrun. Final bill 1,367.30 euros, including VAT, without using a truck since the move was from one house to the next.4. Although the men showed a certain courage, a little thought for them, there was still some damage that I didn't notice when they left. "Knocked into the walls" - "My daughter's bed reassembled upside down." (see photo)5. Disassembly and reassembly of my daughter's bedroom --> about 2.5 hours.... Luckily, we didn't have to move our bedroom or the dining room.6. The boxes were labeled with the location where they should be placed. Result -> from the attic to the kitchen, from the living room to the garage, etc.Overall, I didn't find the service the most professional for the price I was ultimately asked for.I have no bitterness toward the staff, who seemed to do the best they could with the resources available, but there you go. They were more thorough in adding 60 minutes for the round trip than in offering to identify the damage!I should also point out that I had no objection to paying. I'm a very good payer, but when I do pay, I like to get my money's worth. I would honestly have preferred someone to say, "Sir, we'll come and see," and then tell me that with the right staff, it'll cost €1,500, and then not have to regret anything afterward.In this case, I regret my choice given the amount of work it's going to take to repair!I'm adding photos for everyone's free assessment, and I'd like to point out that if I didn't claim anything, it's because we were all tired, and in any case, I wasn't offered the chance to walk around and note anything down. Personally, I didn't think of it, and it's a shame!
