Top-notch service as usual after 6 moves with AMS! They found a way to increase the pace, which allowed for a second trip within the 4-hour package! So it was fantastic, I highly recommend AMS. The owner, Alain, is very friendly.

Repeated trust! Excellent team, efficient and dynamic. The owner, secretary, and movers were all very friendly. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Fair price considering the work done. No damage whatsoever; they were very careful with the furniture, but also with the walls and doors.

📦 Move handled by AMS Moving: everything went perfectly from start to finish. The quote was clear, the team arrived on time and protected each piece of furniture (blankets, straps, reinforced boxes). Despite narrow stairs, there was no breakage or scratching—careful work and respect for our belongings. The staff was friendly and available to answer our questions. So much to say, quite a few unpleasant surprises.1. It all started with the booking, where I clearly specified what needed to be done. As a result, three men were scheduled when four were needed, and even then, only because I complained; otherwise, it would have been two.2. The quoted price was €470, but it's important to understand that this is before VAT... When will companies understand that VAT-exclusive pricing applies to business transactions, while prices for individuals should include VAT?3. The move was scheduled for 3 hours, but took 5.5 hours longer. The final bill was €1367.30 including VAT, without the use of a truck since the move was from one house to the next.4. Although the men showed some courage (my thoughts are with them), there was still some damage that I didn't notice when they left. "Blow in the walls" - "My daughter's bed put back upside down." (see photo)5. Dismantling and reassembling my daughter's room --> approximately 2.5 hours... Luckily, we didn't have to move our bedroom or the dining room furniture.6. The boxes were labeled with where they should be placed. The result: from the attic to the kitchen, from the living room to the garage... etc.Overall, I didn't find the service particularly professional for the price I was charged.I have no hard feelings towards the staff, who seemed to be doing their best with the resources available, but still. They were more meticulous about adding 60 minutes to the round trip than they were about offering to assess the damage!I should also mention that I didn't object to paying. I'm usually a very good payer, but when I pay, I like to get my money's worth. Frankly, I would have preferred to be told, "Sir, we'll take a look," and then informed that with the right people, it would cost €1500, so I wouldn't have any regrets later.As it stands, I regret my choice given the amount of work it's going to take to repair!I'm adding photos for everyone to judge for themselves, and I want to clarify that the reason I didn't complain is because we were all tired, and in any case, I wasn't offered the chance to walk around and note anything. I didn't think of it, which is a real shame!
