We'd called a month in advance to rent a moving van and again the week before to make sure it was all arranged. They said, "Yes, that's fine, we'll arrive Saturday morning at 8:00 AM." We asked about the van, "Oh, we don't know anything about that, we can't help you. Have a nice day." And that was it, just make your own plans. They arranged something, said something was fine, but nothing. They won't be seeing me again.

Hoeks handled our move from Belgium to the Netherlands. Hoeks handled every step of the move smoothly. Communication throughout the move and the move itself went smoothly. The Hoeks team worked diligently and handled our belongings with care. We highly recommend this moving company.

The move itself went quite smoothly overall. At the end of our move, we were told we would receive a partial refund, and a cost estimate was made right in front of us for the amount we were still entitled to. We thought this was a welcome surprise. Because this money hadn't been refunded after a few weeks, I contacted the company to inquire. I was then told that refunds weren't/aren't common practice. It's a real shame that we were promised one thing and then told something completely different. Meanwhile, the company isn't answering our emails either, which we find very unprofessional. When something isn't common practice, they shouldn't be making false promises to the customer. Definitely not something we'll be doing again.
