Easy to book a storage room when I needed extra space quickly. Took four hours on a Friday afternoon from booking to access to the storage room! I have received good personal help both when we left a door unlocked and when the gate did not work one weekend. Otherwise, a smooth system to enter the area.
Convenient storage room on the ground floor where you ring the gate to be let in. Haven't had any problems and have rented it for over a year now. Garage door a little low for some things we were going to get in.
Very easy to book storage, where you get a code etc and easy to both enter the area and to the storage. I had also booked the wrong size, but customer service solved it in a second when I called (even though it was a busy day). Very satisfied!
