We were hit by a burglary almost immediately – all valuables stolen, the rest broken into. Security was non-existent and the camera surveillance did not work. The company refused to end the binding period so we had to continue paying for an unusable storage unit.
ARN gave us everything – compensation, refund and interrupted binding period – but Cityförrådet refuses to follow the decision and has not paid back a single penny.
We feel completely cheated and let down. No one should have to end up in the same situation as us. Choose a reputable company instead!
