Reviews
Good price, slow and cramped elevator, poor facilities for loading and unloading. Dirty toilet with no paper. Difficult threshold. The doors to the elevator close too quickly. Can't leave the doors open as the alarm screams, completely too short an interval.
Rent a storage unit from the first of July but don't have time to get there to inspect it right away. When I get there, someone else has taken the storage unit. From customer service I get the question "when do you need the storage unit". ?! From the date I started paying (3 weeks ago)! It has now been three days since I brought this to their attention but I still haven't been given access to my storage unit or been offered a new one or received my rent back! Incredibly poor customer service!
