Easy to pick up keys etc. from key lockers. Good storage and quick responses from customer service.What brings down the rating is that you have to return the key to the same key locker when the contract is terminated. No flexibility regarding, for example, leaving the key at another Servistore/location or sending it by mail.If, against all odds, you don't return the key, they demand 1000 SEK for a new lock (costs around 50 SEK to buy at a Clas-Ohlson store).
Anyway, good and very satisfied.
Very good and easy to rent storage, good service and easy to get in touch with.
