Decent accommodation, hot showers, ping pong, a room with armchairs, washing machines, a large kitchen, just everything you need to live. The only problem can sometimes be with the roommates if they don't clean things up and make a mess. Within twenty kilometers, there are a lot of beautiful mapped terrain for orienteering.
