Great! There are trolleys to borrow, an elevator, a toilet, heated to about 15 degrees, a roof over the entrance. To enter the area and the building you get a code digitally, then you have to bring your own lock to lock your space. It's usually not a big rush. The only negative thing I can think of is that you have to stop on the uphill side to enter the code for the gate, and if the hill is slippery it can be difficult to get up.
Seems to be a very safe place to store your things, affordable.
