This is a review from Wirge Justusson. I cannot say ENOUGH amazing & good about the people that are running this company. I was in a tough situation when I wanted to keep some of my father's belongings/furniture. I was in Sweden when my father passed away, and then after working on the estate I wanted to keep some of the furniture. I did not know what to do as I was in USA and I could not be there myself to arrange everything. I contacted Forradsbolaget and the response has been enormous, and I have to say priceless for all the help they have offered towards me. They gave me the contact information to the moving company I used to have my father's furniture moved to the storage space at Forradsbolaget. I was worried about what size of storage I needed and Forradsbolaget said that they would work with me and move the furniture into the correct size of storage that I might needed. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful they are. I could now feel very peaceful about the process and will be able to go look at my furniture this summer when I get there. Thank you so much for being so wonderful. It is priceless. Looking forward to meeting all of you this summer.
When my grandfather passed away, I stored the content of his apartment in a unit. The management was super helpful and gave me an unused storage unit next to mine for several days to help me get organized. Fast forward several years, and I was finally able to move the content to my home. The units are dry and clean, and the boxes were just as I had left them. Again, the management was super helpful and allowed me time and space to sort out what I wanted to keep and what to chuck. You operate in complete autonomy with self check in and 24/7 access. The security is great and the hallways are heated, making it a perfect environment to work in even in the middle of the winter. Ample parking space next to the storage units and the customer service is excellent. I cannot recommend it enough! Thanks to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism.
