Super!Gustav helped us to rent a storage space. He was extremely knowledgable, service minded and helpful. He guided us through the process, helped us to set up the app on our phones and gave us a walkthrough of the facility and our storage unit. We both commented to ourselves afterwards at how good service he gave. I don't think we've had such good service in a long while.
I have been there last week but today never seen best services like it. Helpfully professional make me rent the place in seconds.
Excellent customer service throughout the whole rental process. Gustav and Emma have been professional and very accommodating, calling to see if everything is working fine and making sure I'm satisfied as a customer. Easy-to-use facility and excellent location. Highly recommend! :-)
