I have been a loyal customer of Shurgård ever since moving to the wonderful city of Uppsala.Since that time, I have not only taken advantage of their fantastic discount deals on very reasonably priced rooms, but have also been pleasantly surprised at the helpfulness, charm, and efficiency of the staff at the Wretmansgatan HQ reception…I would particularly like to mention Stefan (consent granted to mention his name) as he has not only assisted me in my various room changes, he has always made sure that everything is perfectly under control. Not only does he excel in the technicalities of his craft, he also never fails to put a smile on my face with his wit, and shining eyes… a very social and charming individual, extraordinary as far as Swedish standards go in regards to extroversion, and the “human personal touch”. Truly.Look no further if you are looking for a super effective, affordable, and reliable storage unit service. A wonderful experience, so efficient and effective. The Swedish experience 100%, IKEA equivalent but storage unit. Would recommend to friends and family, even strangers. 5.5 stars.
