We had a great experience with this storage facility. We booked a small storage place online but also had a special request. Thanks to Sunny, we managed to get our request approved. At site we were welcomed by him and he showed us the unit and explained everything. It is very well organized, modern and kept clean. All in all, this is a place that is run by very friendly and helpful people, that I can absolutly recommend.
I worked with Sunny to get storage space. He was very professional and his customer service was excellent. He made the process a lot easier. Thanks so very much for your assistance Sunny.
Shurgard was a joy to work with. Customer service was quick and efficient. Carlos, who we interacted with on the phone, understood our requirement, was patient with our queries and was responsive to our urgent requirement. We are a first time customer and it took us 10 minutes to understand their model, get a quote and book a storage. Shurgard’s storage facilities in Västerås are conveniently located closer to the central station. Martin at their Västerås facility welcomed us, walked us through the formal paperwork and showed us around the facility. The facility is well equipped and we are happy with our experience with Shurgard. Definitely recommend them!
