I personally loved Shurgard, the staff are extremely helpful and patient, the premises are always very clean with no humidity, and the security is very high. They even have a toilet for customer use at any point during the allowed entry times. 10/10

I have been a returnign customer for many years, for the quality of the service but also for the lack of valid alternatives in the area. The facility is always clean, dry, and tidy and the local personnel is polite and helpful. What, in my opinion, makes the rating of Shurgard go down, are two things: - Prices, even for the very basic storage unit you are charged with a premium price, price that somehow feels always excessive for what you get. - The company absolute intollerance and lack of flexibility for the slightest payment delay. While I can come to terms, even if grudgingly, with the high price of the service, I cannot accept the aggressive and in my opinion disrespectful way the company pushes its customers when a bill crosses, even few days, the due line. Especiallly in a chaotic time like the pandemic. Flexibility is the key in life.
