World Storage is a self storage company in France with a total of 4 locations.

The storage unit is clean.However, the customer service and telephone reception are completely different and fall far short of customer expectations.Furthermore, when you're supposed to get your security deposit back after you vacate the unit, the company has significant difficulty returning your money after more than a month and a half.Be very careful before trusting this company!
I've been a World Storage customer for about four years. Before I moved, I had a problem. The people at World Storage were there that day to resolve the issue. I highly recommend them without a hitch.
Note that half of the storage units in the Carei building are on the first floor and have no elevator. Be sure to ask. There's no problem in the Borrigo building. It's also quite expensive for what it is: €130 for 6 cubic meters. The telephone staff is very efficient and impeccable.
I was very satisfied with the services.
