Absolutely perfect and efficient. I had paid for six months upfront, but I ended up cancelling the contract three weeks later because I no longer needed it, and they refunded me immediately without me having to contact them again. In short, trustworthy people, which is really worth mentioning!

Easy to use, automated, modern, dry, clean storage facility with a range of different storage sized areas. It's not cheap and although the Apps works it is a bit clunky hence the dropping of a star.

I bought a box that I kept for a little over 5 years and sincerely I can only recommend it, never had any problems. Elisabeth was the person on the other end of the phone or emails, great, helpful and very friendly, the boxes are super well maintained, my belongings have never suffered. Clothing boxes, moving, I could, I would give it more of a 20/20. I can only recommend it 100%.
