Six months of excellent rental. Perfect welcome despite the distance and my inflexible schedule. The manager made time to greet me. I was able to hand over the storage unit myself (which was great). I highly recommend it.P.S.: No damaged furniture, perfect.
I was lucky enough to be Casabox's very first customer, which wasn't even fully open when I needed their services. The managers were extremely accommodating, very kindly giving me access with their own keys. Total trust, reciprocal. Easy access, compressed wood box under a shed, top-notch protection, surveillance cameras everywhere, very good value for money. Go there with your eyes closed!
I am extremely disappointed with this storage unit company. I rented a unit in December 2023, which I subsequently cancelled. I received no contract or invoice, and no refund. I will never use them again. They just pocketed the money. Appalling.
