Rent self storage from Carré Box

I agree with the previous comments regarding cleanliness, smooth operation, responsiveness, friendliness, etc. Everything was fine until I requested a refund of my security deposit. That's when I encountered IT problems at Carrébox. Emails were sent to me but I never received them; I had to fill out PDFs and send them back by email; and there were staff availability issues due to vacations in June. Almost two months after canceling the contract and after numerous follow-ups, I finally received my deposit refund.

The storage unit was spotless, secure, and clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful, both at reception and with assistance. I am very satisfied.

The premises are clean, the telephone staff answer your questions, and they are also accessible and available. The price remains affordable for a storage unit in the Lille metropolitan area. I rented a 4 m² unit with insurance for €98 per month. They provide trolleys for moving your furniture or other belongings into your unit. In terms of security, I have no complaints (cameras, digital code). If I need to store my furniture in a storage unit again, I will definitely use them again.
