Faster customer service would be desirable. When a keyboard malfunction lasts more than 3 weeks after several reports, I think there's room for improvement.

I called via the intercom around 2:30 PM, and they made it available to me, following my call around 3 PM. I was supposed to receive the procedure for a 2.5x2.5 box tomorrow or the day after. I'm still waiting for the email; I was ready to pay right away. I called at 4:55 PM, before the 5 PM closing time, as the young woman had told me. Office already closed. I'm very unhappy. Others are more responsive!

Need storage? You've come to the right place!!! I rented a 2m² space for over 3 years, and everything has always gone well. I was able to choose the location during a viewing, where I was shown the various available spaces that met my needs. From then on, everything was very quick. No problems parking. Thanks to your personal code, you can access your space at any time. I just canceled my contract, and everything went very quickly via email and phone. I was refunded the remaining rent paid after the 2-week notice period. Thank you to the entire Stock en Box team, who are always reachable and responsive (even when you forget your code). I recommend them and will not hesitate to become a customer again if needed. Best of luck to the entire Stock en Box team.

I am extremely satisfied with Stock en Box. They helped me from the moment I first called them. I was able to visit the storage location at a time that was most convenient for me and choose the appropriate box on the spot. The administrative side of things went very smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. I am very happy with everything.
