Excellent customer service and the storage unit was clean and in good condition (used for several months). Thank you!(Only downside: the slow freight elevator)
I called via the intercom around 2:30 PM. They told me a unit was available after my call around 3 PM. I was supposed to receive the instructions for a 2.5x2.5 meter storage unit tomorrow or the day after.I'm still waiting for the email; I was ready to pay immediately. I called again at 4:55 PM, before the 5 PM closing time as the young woman had told me. The office was already closed. I'm very unhappy. Other places are much more responsive!
