Buying my car went very smoothly. Even though it was a remote purchase, Luna was able to provide me with all the photos, videos, and information I needed to be sure I was buying a good vehicle. I also appreciated Luna picking us up in La Rochelle. I understand that negotiating the price meant the car wasn't thoroughly cleaned, the tank was only a quarter full, and the hybrid battery was at a minimum charge. But overall, everything was very good. Thank you so much, Luna!

Very bad experience with Avacar Before the sale, the vehicle presentation was particularly meticulous and reassuring. It was presented to me as being in excellent condition, almost like new, mechanically serviced, ready to drive, and without any defects. Several important details were assured to me as being in order to build my confidence and finalize the purchase quickly.Unfortunately, an engine fault appeared immediately after the sale. A manufacturer's diagnostic then revealed several problems that did not correspond to the information provided during the sale. What followed was a stark contrast between the responsiveness before the purchase and the situation afterward: the salesperson abandoned the file in favor of management, there was no contact from management, no follow-up calls despite commitments made, it was impossible to get clear answers or reach a manager, no stance was taken, no concrete proposals were made, and no responsibility was assumed. Despite numerous follow-ups and a formal notice, all attempts at an amicable resolution have been unsuccessful, demonstrating a clear lack of after-sales service and a breach of professional obligations.Furthermore, several weeks after the sale, I still have neither the final invoice nor the vehicle registration document, which was promised within a few days.Beyond the current condition of the vehicle, what is most concerning is the discrepancy between the statements made during the sale and the reality I have observed, as well as the impossibility of communicating with someone in a position of responsibility to find a solution. This silence has caused me to lose all confidence in the vehicle's actual condition and in the statements I was given, and leads me to wonder what I would actually find if the vehicle were inspected. I quote their promises:"AVACAR guarantees a worry-free vehicle purchase. Our selection of vehicles is fully guaranteed and inspected. A professional and responsive team is at your service. Our vehicles are prepared both aesthetically and mechanically to meet your expectations." Unfortunately, my personal experience does not reflect these promises. I deeply regret having contributed, through this purchase, to supporting a company whose after-sales service and sense of responsibility have profoundly disappointed me.
