Very bad experience with the Avacar agency, especially with Luna.We purchased a T-Roc in September that had an engine fault (supposedly repaired before the sale). We wanted to cancel the purchase because the warning light came back on 30 minutes after we drove off, but Luna assured us that the vehicle was under a 3-month warranty and that the costs would be covered by the seller since the fault was present at the time of sale (recorded phone conversation to support this). The car was therefore taken to the Volkswagen garage. The start button needed replacing, and she assured us that the warning light was a sensor issue, but that it had also been fixed. When we went to pick up our vehicle on November 5th, the mechanic informed us that we couldn't take it back because the bill hadn't been paid (so we made a wasted trip). He also informed us of a €1600 quote for an EGR valve, which had been sent to Luna on October 6th. Luna hid this estimate from us and asked the mechanic not to touch the EGR valve. We called her because we didn't understand, and she maintained that she wasn't aware of the estimate, that she had never received it, and that she couldn't do anything for us; she was only acting as an agent, that it wasn't covered by the warranty (she assured us otherwise when we tried to cancel), and that it was up to us to deal with the seller. We haven't heard from her since.So we met with the seller, who had indeed received the estimate from Luna. We reached an amicable solution with him.A liar and dishonest person, completely unprofessional; we do not recommend them.
Having a vehicle to sell, we were welcomed by Luna, who was attentive and professional in enhancing the value of our vehicle. We are very happy to have used her to manage the transaction. Highly recommended.
