Box, At your own risk! A very bad and uncomfortable experience with this storage facility: I booked a storage unit in advance in July for a move starting in August; it was already very difficult to get someone on the phone. The employee I had seemed to be running around everywhere, the poor guy must have been overworked, and he was grossly understaffed. I finally received my information and my contract for August by email. On August 4th, I arrived on site with my belongings: no one from anywhere, completely deserted, the office closed, no one answered the landline, which only offered to leave a message on Orange voicemail. More than 30 calls during the day, nothing, no callbacks despite my messages. I wandered around Annecy all day with my belongings, hoping to hear back, but nothing... The employee had told me he would be on vacation but that the "boss" would handle reception and follow up on the contract; apparently, opening hours and days are the least of her worries. I imagine the day when you want to get your things back, if there is a problem, it's up to you to adapt your schedule to hope for a good day.
SCAM! A disaster, real crooks. They take the money quickly but never refund the deposit; I've been chasing them for a year now... Even worse, their head office never answers! Plus, customer service is nonexistent, and there's always a problem with the lift! STAY AWAY!
Avoid this pickup point because the wait is extremely long. Not all parcels arrive in the locker. It's been like this for several weeks now; you have to arrive before 11 am to queue and be among the first. And if you've waited ages and it's 1 pm, they'll unload the entire warehouse right in front of you. I waited an hour even though I was among the first. What's more, other parcels are delivered to the same place, so it's a bit of a mess at the entrance to the pickup point. Please spare me the explanation that it's beyond your control, that you rent the premises, etc. Perhaps you should review your organization because the purpose of a Mondial Relay pickup point isn't to have to wait this long to collect your parcel. Not everyone has an hour or more to spare. I came several times in one week. Many of us are in the same situation. And when the feedback is made to the people in charge, it's not well received. You need to know how to apologize and be able to accept the dissatisfaction of one or more customers.
