The price of my storage unit has just increased by 9% after six months of renting it. Please note that the prices displayed online do not include mandatory insurance. The insurance starts at €12.50/month, then increases to €15/month under the pretext that they forgot to include VAT. It's supposedly replaceable with home insurance, but their demands are such that it's practically impossible. I'm not even talking about the drug-dealing neighbors, the asbestos roof directly above the storage units, the homeless people who shave in their storage units every morning, the small number of available unloading spaces, or the bird songs you hear every time you go to your storage unit.Always check out the negative reviews, which are often more honest and representative than the others.
