Very cold welcome, no friendliness whatsoever.
A very disappointing welcome. I arrived with a smile and said "hello," but the receptionist didn't respond with a smile or a polite greeting. I explained that I had an appointment for a national identity card in the name of my disabled father, who can't travel. The two ladies curtly told me that it wasn't possible and that I had to "take him with me." I had to raise my voice and say "thank you, goodbye" to finally get a reaction from them. And I did express the fact that he wasn't friendly! But it was as if they hadn't heard me. We often criticize the younger generation, but I notice that the older generation sometimes leaves something to be desired as well.
A very warm welcome and impeccable support throughout my entire process. Always very available and a responsive response to every request. Efficient and pleasant service. Thank you!
