Very cold welcome, no friendliness, unacceptable. No empathy.

The service was extremely disappointing. I arrived smiling and saying "hello," but the receptionist didn't respond with a smile or even a polite greeting. I explained that I had an appointment for a national identity card in the name of my disabled father, who is unable to travel. The two women curtly told me that it wasn't possible and that I would have to "bring him along." I had to raise my voice and say "thank you, goodbye" to finally get a reaction from them. And I made it very clear that they weren't being friendly! But it was as if they hadn't heard me. We often criticize the younger generation, but I've noticed that the older generation also sometimes leaves something to be desired.

The reception has greatly improved. A sense of public service, professionalism, and kindness are evident.The technical services teams are efficient, especially considering their small size.I read in previous comments complaints about sidewalk snow removal! Not all sidewalks are the responsibility of the city! In front of each house, it's the responsibility of each individual property owner! The work in public spaces has been done. Regarding Rue de Gascogne, please check if this road is actually a municipal road and not a departmental one before posting such comments. I encourage you to help these workers when they need to clear fallen trees from the road, as happened last night, and to take turns working late into the evening and very early in the morning.
