Sharp price increases with no real consideration for individual customers. My budget has become impossible to manage.I find the prices exorbitant and the value for money disappointing. Very disappointed by this approach. I absolutely do not recommend them.
I do not have a lot of experience with Storage24, because I have only parked my car in one of the units, and have not yet been back there. What experience I have is that they are a serious business with proper routines, and seem trustworthy. The units are modern and clean. All documentation is in French but English language is OK when communicating by email or telephone. I was expecting to actually meet a representative, but everything including the key handover was "automated", and done over the phone without actually meeting anyone. There are cheaper alternatives, but my main reasons for choosing them were: they seemed proper, and above board and they answer emails; the units are modern and well kept; they were willing to guarantee me a unit two months in advance.
I'd like to know why your website lists a garage/storage unit at €49, but the price jumps to €290 over the phone for the same square meter.Interesting 👍🏻
