I do not have a lot of experience with Storage24, because I have only parked my car in one of the units, and have not yet been back there. What experience I have is that they are a serious business with proper routines, and seem trustworthy. The units are modern and clean. All documentation is in French but English language is OK when communicating by email or telephone. I was expecting to actually meet a representative, but everything including the key handover was "automated", and done over the phone without actually meeting anyone. There are cheaper alternatives, but my main reasons for choosing them were: they seemed proper, and above board and they answer emails; the units are modern and well kept; they were willing to guarantee me a unit two months in advance.

I'd like to know why your website lists €49 for a garage/box, but over the phone, for the same square meter, the price goes up to €290.Interesting 👍🏻
