I had never moved before, I didn't know how it all worked. I searched online and they always came up as an option. Still hesitant, I took the plunge and contacted them. I spoke with Daniel, who was very friendly and gave me a quote for a trip from San Fermín to Leganés. The price seemed acceptable, so I continued with the process. He messaged me on WhatsApp and said it would cost 302 euros and I had to pay to a specific account, but he didn't send any formal documents. Then I had to call and explained that I needed a contract and invoice because I didn't know who I was going to pay. Víctor answered, sent me the documents, and everything seemed to be in order. Still suspicious, I paid and sent proof of payment. I didn't get a response, so I called again and said I had paid and asked them to confirm they had received the receipt. They did, and everything was fine. This was on Friday, November 28th. The service was scheduled for December 1st at 9:00 am. I didn't sleep well on Sunday because these things make me nervous. I got up at It's 8:00 and I'm ready for them to arrive at 9:00 as agreed to start the move. The time comes and no one calls me. It's 9:15 and I start to worry because I'm very punctual and I expect the same. I call the company and the answering machine tells me they're out of service and open at 9:30. When that time arrives, I call again and no one answers. I keep trying and with 15 minutes to 10:00 they finally answer. Still calm, I ask for an explanation and for them to help me with the service. The person who answers says they'll call the mover and hangs up. 10 minutes later I call again and they tell me that their colleague is handling it but he just left. My nerves were at their limit. The person promises to call back and return my call. They do so around 10:25 and tell me the mover had a car breakdown and they had to set up a new service. I couldn't believe it, but I didn't have The next option, they told me they were about to leave and if everything went well they'd arrive in 15 minutes. It was 11:00 and they hadn't arrived. I called again and complained, to which they said it was because of traffic and they were on their way. They arrived around 11:30… Two people got in, they were in a huge rush and wanted to unload everything without packing it properly. I had to hover over them so they wouldn't damage my things. After an hour of suffering, they were finally in the truck and on their way to the new destination. They arrived and left everything at Portal 36, and I was waiting for them at Portal 46. I swear I couldn't believe it. I mustered up the patience and told myself it wouldn't be long. I had to help them so they could finish quickly. It was 2:00 PM and they were only just leaving my house. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE, A DAY TO FORGET. I WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN, MUCH LESS RECOMMEND THEM. THEY'RE NOT BAD, THE NEXT THING…
