The service is adequate... but they're practically scammers.
In less than a year, they've raised my fee twice. They offer an attractive deal initially, and then, once you have your things in storage, they take advantage of the situation to raise the price indiscriminately. The latest increase is 22%!!! Just like that!
What's more, their practices are unprofessional: they wait until the December bank holiday weekend to send an email on December 6th announcing the increase (as if we wouldn't find out); they certainly don't have good intentions. This is a common tactic used by politicians to sneak their policies in.
THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, to say the least.

NEVER HIRE THEM! Every month they update the contract however they please without consulting anyone, raising the price more and more each month. I started paying €60 and now they're charging me €100 in just a few months, because that's what they want. I think it's outrageous and a huge rip-off.

Extra expenses and poor communication. They forgot the parking permits for the contracted date after we paid €700 in advance. They notified us two days beforehand in a way that made it seem like it was our fault. We informed our previous tenants that we were moving out today...imagine their surprise! We fulfilled the contract to the letter. I have a medical condition now and can't manage the boxes at all, and the stress didn't help. Thanks to the Marketing team, we finally have the reservation for today. But: they didn't inform the movers that the elevator wasn't working in the building. It's a new build, on the 4th floor...poor guys, really! They helped us as much as they could. The movers did a great job.
