Insanely bad service (on site)We rented a space, and drove inside the gate, pretty late, (because of a traffic jam), there "acces time". apparently is only 8-22Then we were locked inside the gate, but outside of the storage. and couldnt get out (or in). They have NO hotline to call at all- When we calle the security guard number at the gate, we just got a confused "call central" guy, who was useless, because "Well if you dont have a security number, I don´t know what to do".TO be fair, they have a 14 day return policy, which was usefull at least, becuase we wouldnt use them after this.We never got inside, so cant review the actually "storage space"
Really good place to store your belongings. There is heating in the warehouse, camera surveillance, however the price is on the expensive side. 12 sqm room costs 750 DKK.
Booked a room which turned out to be too small. Called and less than 10 minutes later I had a larger room ready to use straight away. What a fantastic service and a really nice man to talk to.
