If you want to avoid headaches and an unverified company that does not take responsibility for mistakes they make - THEN STAY AWAY FROM BLUEBOX!We extended our container rental and were promised pickup on a specific date. Since we have received this promise and confirmation in writing, we had ordered landscapers to start digging up our garden early the next morning.When it is 2 pm on the pickup date, the container has not been picked up. I have not received any kind of notification or anything, so alarm bells are ringing of course. It turns out that Bluebox God help me has registered that the container was picked up back in February (we are now in May). So if it had not been for me, we would have gotten a free container and Bluebox would have had a smaller ... amateurish and unverified.Simon, who is the team leader for their rental - and therefore responsible for making sure things work - is very rude on the phone but promises to have the container picked up asap. If not the same day, then the next morning at 6 am.But the container will NOT be picked up either that day or early the next morning. So our landscapers (and two of them with a large excavator that can't start are DEFINITELY not free) can't start working until well into the morning. When I confront Simon about this - and the rather large expense this has entailed for me - I am not met with regret. I am told that they do not promise and cannot promise pickup times. Despite the fact that I was first promised it in writing several months before - and he had verbally promised me it (again) the day before, it was in no way their problem. So the months they had forgotten all about the container being settled and the extra expense they caused me was my own problem.So, as I said ... if you want to avoid headaches and an unverified company that does not take responsibility for mistakes they make - THEN STAY FAR AWAY FROM BLUEBOX!
Super good service and always friendly correspondence by email regardless of who you wrote to, despite the fact that the container had to be placed in a slightly difficult place on the property, my experience was that they were solution-oriented and the driver who came with the container just looked at the place and said that he would be able to handle it, it was no problem, all in all a completely positive experience and I would definitely recommend bluebox to those I know.Regards John Egemar Andersen
We rented a Blue Box when we were moving after 27 years on a country property with plenty of space for a small house, so there was really a lot of sorting. Blue Box was the perfect solution for us, so the move was as stress-free as possible. Communication with both the seller, Simon, and the drivers has been top notch.
