Super happy with the services provided, but just a heads-up — make sure to cancel your contract at least 15 days before the next payment to avoid being charged for another month 😊 It’s in the contract, so that one’s on me — but definitely worth knowing!
It was fantastic experience in getting guidance from the customer service team. Emma from Shurgard has been very kind, informative in guiding through the process.One suggestion for the contracting conditions, as it can be simplified in better manner, as it is slightly time taking to understand the terms, billing mechanism for insurance. Lock can also be made in shared model to make it cost effective.
Rented a storage space from Shurgard for the first time, and from my experience, it is very well worth it. Great and easily accessible facilities, well priced compared to other options, and excellent customer support before as well as after rental starts.
