Modern facility in a very convenient location (especially for the airport). Gabriela and Jan were both very friendly and exceptionally helpful, and happy to communicate in English. Jan showed me the available units as I wasn't sure how many square metres I would need, and there was no pressure to sign up at any point. The contract is in Czech but an English translation is provided which I was given plenty of time to read and ask any questions. I would have no hesitation recommending this place to others.
Very useful place when you move homes or just need to store some out-of-season items like sleeping bag or a bike. You can asses the storage even on weekend by using the unique entry code - very comfortable. I use their services for the second time already.
I've had a great experience with Less Mess! The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and a smile. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Highly recommend!!
