I had furniture stored at the Klagenfurt location for two years at a cost of €129 per month. I went there weekly to air out the space and check everything. When I went to empty it recently, I got a nasty surprise: furniture, books, and other items that weren't easily visible were completely covered in mold. The damage is at least €2,000, plus disposal costs. The first reaction from the Klagenfurt discount depot was to ask if I had stored anything damp. Of course, but it was dry before. And the head office just brushed me off, saying that the customer has to ventilate... That's obviously unacceptable.
