Perfect!
Ich bin im Jänner aufgrund langfristiger körperlicher Probleme (Sprunggelenk, Bandscheibenvorfall) zur Sporttherapie gekommen, um mich auf den Wiedereinstieg beim Fußball vorzubereiten und habe dafür ein Screening zur Verletzungsprävention und anschließend Physiotherapie Einheiten genommen. Ich hatte schon viel Kontakt mit Ärzten und Therapeuten, aber noch nie so ein kompetentes und engagiertes Team erlebt! Das familiäre Umfeld, die vielen Möglichkeiten der Therapie, der Fokus auf den gesamten Körper und die diversen Therapieansätze haben mich mehr als überzeugt. Durch eine genaue Planung und eine ehrliche Umgangsweise konnte ich mich stark weiterentwickeln. Ich kann die Sporttherapie St. Pölten wirklich nur jedem weiterempfehlen.
The sports therapy center in St. Pölten has been a tremendous help to me. As an amateur athlete, I frequently experienced lower back pain and, due to regular running, problems with my right knee. Here, my symptoms were not only quickly alleviated with the right techniques in just a few therapy sessions, but I was also given a preventative plan with exercises to do at home. I'm now back to 100% fitness!The atmosphere here is friendly and welcoming, unlike the cold, impersonal feel of some other therapy centers. Furthermore, they have a wide range of training equipment, a short running track, and other resources available, which makes it easier to demonstrate training techniques. In my case, I always received detailed explanations of what was causing my difficulties.I was already a patient of Lukas Rauscher when he was still working in Pressbaum, and I will continue to be a loyal patient for years to come, given his excellent care!
