Hello, contrary to previous reviews regarding access: Access is possible 24/7 if you drive through the underground parking garage. There are two entrances. Driving through is free. You only need to take a ticket to open the exit barrier. This is also shown and explained on the website. Immediately after exiting, the Storebox is located about 20 meters further on the right-hand side, with free parking directly in front of the Storebox entrance while you load.
I only received the email with login details a day later, so the access codes for the storage box no longer work.No one is reachable by phone.! ATTENTION! Normal access is not possible on Sundays; the barriers are closed.Update: I've added one star because a very polite employee contacted me and was able to generate a new code.
