I am generally satisfied, but a little more light in the compartment would be advantageous so that I do not always have to open the compartment door to activate the motion detector from the aisle.
We reserved on another site (which was always problem free whenever I booked there) we got the codes on email for the building and the number of the storage boxes. Unfortunately however the code didn't work for the entrance, no matter how much we tried we couldn't get to our reserved boxes. We tried reaching customer service but it wasn't available at that time to help with this problem,due to our call wasn't in their office hours. 12€ went down the river.
Beware of booking through third-party providers via Radical Storage! We booked storage at this location through Radical Storage because we wanted to start a cycling trip from Salzburg. We only received one of two confirmation emails and therefore couldn't access the Storebox warehouse. We stood in front of a locked door for an hour at 7 a.m. after being met with shrugs and a lack of understanding after several calls to the hotline. Hotline employees scoffed at our problem of standing on the street with our luggage for over an hour, telling us to be patient because the developers were surely already "working on it." – Another startup founded by clueless entrepreneurs lacking leadership skills. Anyone who can't manage their APIs should steer clear of third-party partnerships.
