I had an appointment today at PlaceB at Hohlstrasse 192 in Zurich. Unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing and has led me to decide against using PlaceB.The employee, Timo, was responsible for giving me a tour of the storage units over the phone. When I arrived at the location, I couldn't find the entrance. Despite asking several times, Mr. Timo didn't clearly explain that the access to the storage units was inside the main building. Instead, he simply pointed to a "brown door," which caused me to walk around the area for almost 15 minutes in vain. Only after asking repeatedly did he tell me that it was the main entrance to the building.His tone on the phone was impatient and unprofessional. He responded sarcastically to perfectly normal questions, such as whether the elevator was connected to PlaceB, and made me feel like I wasn't being taken seriously. As a customer, I expect respectful and helpful service – especially in a situation that was already frustrating due to unclear communication.Additionally, I noticed water on the floor in the aisle inside the storage units – this doesn't inspire confidence when it comes to the secure storage of personal belongings.Due to this negative experience, I immediately contacted the competitor MyPlace – cheaper, better organized, and with significantly friendlier customer service.To the management of PlaceB: Please provide your employees with better customer service training, especially during stressful situations. No customer wants to feel like they have to deal with a condescending representative like "Timo."Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location.
