After about a decade, I've realized that things don't get any worse. It only took 3.5 minutes of contact with an employee—a fake blonde, petite, unpleasant, unsuitable for social interaction, and, more importantly, brazen in her harsh responses as if she were the owner—to understand that such individuals undermine the work of so many excellent employees and also, at this point, the false propaganda of misleading advertising. I'm sorry for the profession, but people like this should be relegated to positions far from the public eye. There are many ways to express yourself and communicate, but NOT this. It's unacceptable... Oh, and also, she absolutely wouldn't give me her name and badge, hiding it in her sweater... when I asked her to give me her name!! But why be afraid if you believe you're right? Finally, according to ancient traditions, it is said that "the fish stinks from the head," meaning its superior is either too accommodating or unsuitable. I'm sorry, but after this appalling experience, I'd almost be inclined to transfer my/our assets to other wonderful institutions and, moreover, spread the mismanagement I've endured here. Think, people, think. Abandon all hope in Bellinzona, you who enter here.
