I paid to have my things shipped from Aarhus to Copenhagen, but Holger Dansks never delivered them 😳 What's going on in that company? Out of the blue, I get a call from an unprofessional mover who says: "Now what?" I say you haven't agreed with me when you're coming. After which he says: "I see we don't have your things with us" I say you drove over the bridge without My things. The days go by and I talk to several people in the company, everyone is in total confusion. On Friday I'm leaving and will be gone for several months. Will you please deliver my things, now that I've paid you? And you have my things. Should I mention that the guy hung up on me? What kind of Way is that to treat your customers?

I was going to move from Copenhagen to a new home on August 1, 2025, and therefore called Holger Danske to order a move where all my furniture and moving boxes would be moved, and I therefore inform Holger Danske about the size of my apartment, as well as what furniture, how many boxes, etc., that I have in the apartment.The agreement states that a truck with 3 movers will arrive. The last mover is a teenager who arrives an hour late, and does basically nothing but sit in the trunk of the car and look at his phone and smoke cigarettes, which I could follow from my apartment and when I was down by the car. (It costs DKK 500 extra for the 3rd man, which was a waste of money for a lazy and incompetent teenager).They end up filling up the truck, only bringing about half of my things and driving to my new home. I therefore ask the movers if they will come back and collect the rest of my things afterwards, which was not scheduled. When I say that I have made an agreement to move all my things, they simply say "We are just movers".I therefore call Holger Danske several times to find a solution as I still need to be able to move the rest of my things. There is no help available, but the employee, whom I speak to several times, reports back that it is unfortunate and was not the agreement that was made when I ordered a move of all my things on this day.It ends up that they can do no more, and even though they report back over the phone that this experience does not live up to the expectations that one should have of them as a customer, I never hear from them again.It ends up that in the afternoon I have to rent a van myself and have to move the rest of my things myself, which was also both expensive and required several hours of work since I was alone.When I originally ordered this move and received an order confirmation from Holger Danske, it first and foremost stated the following:"Thank you for the order, which will be carried out to your complete satisfaction."This is definitely not the case as it would have been cheaper and faster if I had ordered a van myself and moved myself from the start.So it ended up being an expensive, long, stressful and hard day for me as a customer, and thus far from the experience that one could expect from Holger Danske.When I subsequently spoke to an employee at the company, it ended up that the person in question tried to make it appear as if it was my fault that they could not fit more than half of my things in the car as the car was 22m3. I must have much more furniture and boxes than what I had stated, which is not at all correct. This is a total denial of responsibility on their part, which is deeply unprofessional.This is the last time I will use Holger Danske.

After changing our moving date several times, they ended up cancelling altogether. We had to find a different moving company at the last minute. Very unprofessional.
